I moved the presentation and can't hear the sound

I developed a presentation with Speech-Over and could hear the sound fine. Then when I sent the presentation to someone else he couldn't hear the sound.

You need to make sure that the linked sound files that were created by Speech-Over accompany the presentation when you send it to another location.

There are several ways to do that; they are explained in the Speech-Over Help under Distributing a Presentation. The easiest way is to have the sound files embedded in the presentation by adjusting the PowerPoint setting: "Link sounds with file size greater than".
