Moving the installation from one system to other ?

How do we move the installation from one machine (desktop) to laptop (or vice-versa )
I have one license which has been registered and the speech pro has been installed on the desktop. Now if i need to move it to my laptop, do I need to de-register from the desktop and then install/re-register on laptop.

Pls suggest.

You need to de-register from the current computer and register on the new computer. In each case you enter your regcode and email you received on purchase.
