can't register SpeechOver due to firewall

When I try to register Speech-Over the registration fails because I can't access the Internet through the company firewall.

Speech-Over is registered using a web service so that it needs access to the Internet. If your computer is protected by a firewall, Speech-Over will normally not be permitted access to the Internet. To get access, you need to open the port for web services (normally port 80) to our server (67.199.78.187). If you are working within a company firewall, you may need to request the IT department to do this.
