Installing Speech-Over on a 64-bit OS

My computer is a 64bit, Windows 7, with Office 2010. Is this the right software for this computer?

Please advise on how to get it installed.

Speech-Over will work on your 64-bit Windows only if Office 2010 is installed as a 32-bit version.
